Purpose of Establishment and Operating Principles
The New Herkul Peace Platform has been established to strengthen social integration in Turkey, develop a culture of living together, and contribute to the formation of a lasting peace environment. The Platform has a structure open to the participation and active work of individuals who wish to contribute to these goals. The platform is open to everyone regardless of faith, gender, identity, and political views, adopting pluralism and inclusivity as its fundamental principles.
The work to be carried out within the Platform can be organized through different sub-units or as joint working groups, according to the interests and demands of the participants. The content, method, and application areas of the work are determined by the participants; processes are flexibly updated according to current conditions, needs, and developments.
Participation is essential in decision-making processes. Decisions are made by majority vote. Participants can choose representatives or spokespersons from among themselves when they deem necessary to carry out their activities more effectively.

Article 1 – Name and Nature
The name of the platform is "New Herkul Peace Platform." The Platform is a civil formation based on voluntarism, prioritizing social benefit.
Article 2 – Purpose
The purpose of the Platform is to strengthen social integration in Turkey, develop a culture of living together, and contribute to the establishment of a lasting peace environment. To this end, it aims to encourage individual participation and create common working areas.
Article 3 – Basic Principles
The Platform bases its activities on the following principles:
a) Inclusivity and equality
b) Pluralism and respect for differences
c) Voluntarism
d) Participation and transparency
The Platform is open to everyone, regardless of faith, gender, identity, and political views.
Article 4 – Membership and Participation
Participation in the Platform is based on voluntarism. Anyone who embraces its purpose and principles can join the Platform's activities. Participants can actively take part in Platform activities and make suggestions.
Article 5 – Organizational Structure
Platform activities:
a) Sub-units
b) Working groups
c) Common areas of activity
can be organized in this manner. The formation, scope, and operation of these units are determined according to the demands of the participants.
Article 6 – Determination of Activities
The content, method, and application area of the activities to be carried out by the Platform are determined by the participants. Activities are updated and rearranged according to current conditions, needs, and developments.
Article 7 – Decision-Making Mechanism
Decisions in the Platform are made by the majority vote of the participants. Participation is essential, and every participant can be equally involved in decision-making processes.
Article 8 – Representation and Spokespersonship
Platform participants can elect representatives or spokespersons from among themselves if needed. These individuals are responsible for representing the platform and coordinating activities.
Article 9 – Enactment
These principles come into force on the date they are accepted by the platform participants.
