On the Path to Justice and Social Peace with Our Transparent Identity

Yeni Herkul is not an alternative to any community or organization. It continues its activities in line with the consultations of its founding members. The names of the founding members, their short CVs, as well as the platform's purpose, vision, and mission are clearly stated on its website. Any attributions or comparisons made beyond this are binding only on those who make such assessments.

However, we deem it necessary to state the following clearly and explicitly: While the Republic of Turkey and its government are working towards the goal of "Terror-Free Turkey," we cannot ignore the fact that hundreds of thousands of people who claim to serve for the sake of Allah have been arrested, prosecuted, tried, and imprisoned on charges of "membership in a terrorist organization" in State Security Courts, on the grounds of alleged crimes committed by some community members for political motives.

Yeni Herkul is conducting peaceful and constructive efforts to ensure that the situation of these individuals is taken into consideration in the legal regulations to be made by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. We believe that those who are disturbed by these efforts are individuals who do not want their own committed crimes to come to light.

We openly address these individuals and the social media troll teams operating on their behalf: You will not be able to deter us from this path. Your struggle with us on this matter will be fruitless. You and the structures you belong to are prominent when authority is exercised, but disappear when it comes to responsibility. Not only we, but also the Turkish public and the international community clearly see this situation. Your evasion of responsibility will not save you from accountability before history.

Time is the greatest arbiter and will ensure that everything is understood in the most accurate way. Who is on the right path and who is on the wrong path will become clear in time. Therefore, our call to those who wish to hinder us is this: If you have an idea, let's talk, discuss, and find a common solution. If you have no solution, at least remain silent in the face of this issue that affects millions of lives.
